The course is designed to examine the significance of self-esteem, self-empowerment & resilience, and their application in the classroom.
It has been specially created to assist teachers in their personal and professional self-awareness and self-care. Key principles of SPHE will be identified and considered, focussing on the promotion of personal development, self-esteem, self-confidence and self-empowerment.
Module 1: Self-Esteem. We explore the significance of nurturing self-esteem and mindfulness at home and in the classroom.
Module 2: Self-empowerment. We aim to provide a general understanding and awareness of the significance of self-empowerment, beliefs and mind sets.
Module 3: S.S.E. Participants will examine the SSE process, and modify and adapt best practice for implementation in their current school plan
Module 4: Resilience. We encourage participants to be more familiar with their mental and emotional well-being, and offer resources and techniques to boost their resilience.
Module 5: Wellbeing and Contentment. We aim to enhance teaching methods and learning skills, which will be reflected positively in the creation of a happy classroom environment. We encourage participants to appreciate and experience feelings of joy, fun, gratitude and happiness.
